Banco Alcalá, a private banking institution of Crèdit Andorrà Financial Group, becomes established in the centre of Valencia. The bank, focused on wealth management through a boutique service, therefore confirms its interest in Valencia as financial centre.

Banco Alcalá has opted for being present in the territory with the goal of providing specialised and tailored services, as well as reinforcing close relationships with clients. The team consists of senior professionals with a wide knowledge of the area, expertise, and a consolidated career in private banking and asset management.

Jose Samper, as Director in Levante of Banco Alcalá, will lead business development in the area. Samper has an extensive and sound experience of more than seventeen years in the private banking sector in Valencia. Together with him, the talent of the company is reinforced with Sergio Montesinos, a senior private banker with twenty years of experience in the areas of private banking, market risk control, and asset management. Montesinos brings, in addition, a deep knowledge of the regions of Comunidad Valenciana and Murcia.

Banco Alcalá has had a remarkable growth in the last five years (2011 to 2016). The bank has increased its assets under management from 200 million euros in 2011 to 2,300 million euros currently. These figures support the bank’s goal of consolidating as one of the benchmark institutions in private banking and asset management in Spain.
