This is the seventh year running that the financial publication has named Crèdit Andorrà the best private bank and the fifth year it has recognised its corporate social responsibility policies


For the seventh consecutive year, Global Banking & Finance Review has recognised Crèdit Andorrà as the best private bank in Andorra in 2019. This award is in addition to its recognition for the fifth year as the Principality's best bank in CSR 2019, thanks to its corporate social responsibility policy.

The financial publication awards these prizes in recognition of companies that stand out in areas related to experience and excellence in the financial world, with special emphasis on innovation, goals achieved, strategy and inspirational changes. The awards are a recognition of Crèdit Andorrà's management model, which is characterised by good governance, responsibility and a vocation for proximity and service to the customer, as well as a balance between leadership in the Andorran market and international expansion. The awards also endorse the bank's firm commitment to be pioneers in digital transformation.

Best private bank in Andorra 2019

The award highlights Crèdit Andorrà's strategy of offering private banking and specialised asset management that matches the customer's needs and is based on a value proposition of boutique services.

The boost the bank has given to the digitalisation of products and services has also been recognised. This is the case of Merkaat, an innovative 100% digital investment funds advisor offering comprehensive investment management and a team of experts to advise customers on decision-taking.

Best Andorran bank in CSR 2019

This award values Crèdit Andorrà's commitment to assessing its customers and society in general through its social responsibility policy. In this way, it recognises the bank's good governance, as well as its educational, social

and cultural initiatives and its support for the country's economy and business fabric through the bank itself and its Foundation. Crèdit Andorrà is a member of the United Nations Global Compact and has adopted the Agenda 2030 "Transforming Our World" initiative to contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

Crèdit Andorrà was also named the best private bank in Andorra in 2018 by the Financial Times Group publications The Banker and PWM. A recognition that comes after the bank was also distinguished with this award in 2017 and was named Andorran Bank of the Year by The Banker in 2016 and 2017.
